If you are interested in becoming a parishioner at All Souls, come by our office during office hours to ask questions or to complete a Parish Registration Form. You can also register in these other convenient ways:

Download a .pdf file of the Parish Registration Form that you can complete on your own computer at your own pace, or print it out and complete it by hand. Return the completed form to the parish office by regular mail, fax (720.833.2777), e-mail (recept@allsouls55.org) or put it in the collection basket at any Mass.

You'll find parish registration forms at any of the church entrances. Take your time to complete it by hand and return to our office by regular mail, fax, or place it in the collection basket.
