Food Bank
The All Souls Food Bank provides basic staples to individuals and families in need in the local community. The Food Bank is located at 500 East Grand Avenue, directly behind the parish office and is open from 9:00am to noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Food Bank serves the community within the following boundaries:
North - Cornell Avenue
South - Arapahoe Road
East - University Boulevard
West - Federal Boulevard
In 2009, the Food Bank fed 15,985 people (9,193 adults and 6,792 children). Fifty-three volunteers worked with the Food Bank in 2009 to stock shelves, collect donated food, assist in bagging food for clients and more.
Donations of basic food items are always appreciated. If you don't have items on hand to donate, just leave the shopping to us. We accept donations of cash or checks made payable to the All Souls Food Bank. The Food Bank receives a monthly tithe from the parish for operating costs.
